Cymbalta was the -worst- experience I've ever had with mental health medicine. I've suffered from depression for 12 years and tried many medications but Cymbalta, by far, has the -worst- side effects to any drug I've ever tried. Granted the pharmacy made a mistake, but the mistake was in my favor! They gave me half the dosage they were supposed to (which was 30mg of Cymbalta) which was the appropriate dosage. Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. monoxide has lowered by BP but are worried about pain in side of neck and knife like pain in left arm and left toes, these symptoms usually occur around 4am in the morning. I seem to awake around this time each morning. This morning I felt pain in right eye and felt yesterday my eyesight didn't appear that clear this is worring me.
