im 50 and been a musician and janitor all life . 2 years ago once in a while right arm problems . the last month very bad, i can not extend arm out over acoustic guitar without extreme pain in arm between shoulder and elbow . reaching behind in car or to get wallet to painfull to use right arm anymore so i use left . vacume left only . try to do most things lefty now . at night tough to sleep through . if flat, weight of arm makes shoulder ache . cant sleep on right side = bad arm . left some...
