I was on the Nuvaring for 1.5 years with excellent results: confidence in my birth control, no change in appetite, lighter, more comfortable periods. Since taking this medication I have developed severe ringing in the ears causing some hearing loss. The muscle and joint pain has gotten worse. Will be seeing Endo to be put back on Armour.

I had a surgery for a hammertoe correction and they gave me a lidocaine shot before starting to numb me and it did nothing to numb the pain. They increased the dose and it still didnt work. I have also used lidocaine patches in the past for my back and have not felt any relief from them.
