My nose began to hurt he second day and on the third day I had to stop taking Zicam nasal spray. I admit I used the spray more frequently than was recommended on the instruction sheet. And it was really amazing at ending my cold symptoms. After that (6 months ago), I got sick again, and this time used the tablets. They worked welll too.

Ambien is great, it helps me sleep much better. The only thing that I dont like about it is that it makes me a little groggy in the morning and sometimes I get up in the middle of the night and eat.

I take it for uti pain, but I have to weigh my options because I will have neaseau and severe stomach pain that fades to my lower back for about 5 minutes about 25 minutes after taking the medication. If my uti is causing extreme pain then i take it for relief but I suffer from these side effects shortly after. I was taking it to assist with weight loss and took it for about 45 days or more until I noticed the side effects of constipation (which I do not normally have) and gas. I have stopped taking it about 4 days ago, once I researched the side effects. I was trying to determine why I was having the abdominal problems. It is not painfull constipation but very infrequent. However my appetite was decreasing while taking the 5HTP. I am now trying to get it oujt of my system.

When i first started this med it was like a dream but as the months passed i ended up getting more and more side effects on the continous use of the drug plus i gained weight like crazy i started to lose my memory each time i took the med i found myself and the memory detorating and i have problems with concentration which i didnt have when i first started the med
