I took this for my basic daily vitamin fix : ) have been taking it for about 5 years now, only one a day, and feel great when i take it, appetite is great, full of energy and feel more alert. Once i stop taking it, i feel droopy and slow, very down.

Where do I begin. My daughter Danielle is 23 years old. October of 2007 she received the 2nd Gardasil vaccine and shortly after became very ill. I have had High Blood Pressure probably most of my life. Followed most BP protocols over time. Nothing seemed to be effective. I now take Cozartan together with Moxotens., No side effects. Bp is improving steadily.
