I use this ingredient as part of an Ayurvedic Sleep tea. This combination of Holy Basil, common herbs and Ashwaganda and Gotu Kola has helped greatly with my sleep problems. Insomnia used to be a problem 3-4 times a week. Now it is rare to occasional.

I was on Binicar for 3 weeks with no reduction in blood pressure. My values were 150/90 (monitored for three weeks with cuff) Dr put me on Azor. 5mg/20mg Four (4) hours after first dose BP was 135/72. I will continue to document reading for 1 month to see if the values remain low at different times of the day.

I'm about to start using Testim. My T-levels have dropped from 278 to 208 in since January. I've been working out with a trainer have lost 40 lbs in the past 6 months so the doc is having me try this. Honestly, I'm hoping this really helps. Every time I went home to visit my family, I would always wind up "sick" two days into my visit. I found out/realized that I was/am allergic to dogs (and we have three) but once I started taking Quercetin my allergy symptoms cleared up within a day (crazy, I know)!! My experience with Rebif has been a short, but pleasant one. I have had none of the usual symptoms that those who take Rebif may have. The only thing that I don't like about Rebif is the fact that they are in injection form.

I started taking Nuvigil because of a serious sleep disorder. The first couple of days on it, I broke out in a rash on my neck and face and developed bad headaches. I also clench my teeth all day everyday. I have sinus problems as well and I am gaining weight. Its been about 45 days now and I am still having those issues but I do not have the rash.
