I started out with 4 tabs a day but that was way too much. Doctor's PA told me to take 2 a day which was an improvement but side effects, although lessened, continued. I experienced restlessness, tongue sucking, mouth pursing, jaw clenching, rash on face, throat tightness with muscle spasm. I learned that these side effects over time can be life long. After using synthetic l-dopa, I switched to atmagupta. I no longer have insomnia, constipation, nervousness. Once this herb is tested by the FDA it will verify what is already known about it in countries outside the US. Its use will really take off! Atmagupta is a gem of an herb. I highly recommend it.

I used salicylic acid for my wart and it took a year before the wart would peel off. The skin around the wart turned white, until awhile after i stopped using it.
