Went to the doctor with an infected leg . I was treated .cleaned the area of infection on the leg and had some antibiotic cream applied. Three days later the leg wound was still infected with bacteria. My original dosing was only once a day, but around mid-afternoon I felt horrible and my symptoms were worse than ever.
