I have minimal side effects, if any. I do wish that it was an oral medication. It is supposed to last 24 hours, but it lasts more like 20 hours.

I'm 31 and have had nephrotic syndrome with flares every 6 months since I was 2. Bone density test shows my bones are stronger than most healthy people, but I drink a lot of milk. When I'm on Prednisone I cut salt out of my diet as much as possible (there's a lot of salt in milk) knowing that the more I eat, the more I will swell. Amoxil doesn't only cures my bacterial infection, but also relieves pain. It is a very good medication, easy to access and cheaper than many other ones, with the same effect.

I have been taking this drug on and off for almost 15 years. I have tried all kinds of other similar drugs and I always come back to plain of generic prozac. my Doc tells me that lots of her patients do also...it just works the best and keeps me steady.

I am a 52 year old male. All negative symtoms are mild and could be due to other causes. If I stop taking Lexapro for a day or two I immediately notice reduced patience, being unduly bothered and reaction excessively to minor irritants and general non specific anxiety. In general I go from being a nice person to being very intolerant. Once I resume Lexapro these symptoms quickly go away (1 day).
