I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.

I have awful menstrual cramps, and so, generally, when I can relieve that, I can think clearer and my emotions are more intact (hence my answer for the emotional side-effects above).

SUDDENLY STARTED EXPERIENCING STOMACH PAIN AND CHEST PAIN/PALPITATIONS - THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE BEEN TO DO WITH THE MENOPAUSE, AS I BLAME EVERYTHING ON THE MENOPAUSE, BUT THEN REALISED THAT I ONLY STARTED HAVING THESE SYMPTOMS SINCE TAKING CENTRUM MULTI VITAMINS. I'm allergic to penicillin, but apart from that I'm one of the lucky ones that never normally suffers from drug side effects - I've been given many different antibiotics and never had any effects similar to this one. I went to the dentist healthy, within 24 hours I had reactions/infections that I never normally suffer - never had a yeast infection or sinus infection before taking this drug.
