After using Tinactin spray for 3 days on my foot to treat a mild case of athletes foot (minor peeling between baby toe and the toe beside it only) i developed a bumpy, itchy rash on the skin of my foot that had come into contact with the spray powder. This medication did not help, and has only served to irritate my skin where it was applied. Severent seems to build up in my blood. I have noticed that I need to stop the medication for a period of time or skip one dose a day for a day or two to rebalance.

I was unable to finish the full regiment of Lamisil because my doctor had been monitoring my white blood cell count monthly and I experienced a substantial drop in white blood cell count after taking the medication. Even though I was forced to stop taking the medication I still saw results from the limited time I took the medication. And once given enough time for my toe nails to grow out I had greatly reduced the fungal infections on multiple toes.

Ive been taking Centrum since I was in my teen years and it has always been adequate to supply the extra vitamins I lack through my daily diet. But lately I have noticed that I have been getting nausea after taking it, maybe taking it after a meal its better than without a meal. But overall, good experience with this multivitamin.
