My doc and I are still trying to work out the right dose to combat the sleepiness that my antidepressants cause (I've tried many - all make me sleepy). On 75mg, I can get through the day but am exhausted at night when it wears off. I was prescribed levofloxacin to relieve my UTI. I was getting ready for a trip when the symptoms started, so I really hoping that it would work quickly. It didn't meet my expectations in that regard and I did experience some side effects, but in the end it got rid of it, so I am satisfied with it.

I would strongly discourage women with anxiety and/or depression from taking this pill. I've suffered from anxiety and depression for years, which is kept in check by medication, however by week three of my first pack of this pill, I experienced depression so severe that I did nothing but sleep and cry for a week.
