I have been taking enbrel since Apr. 15th of this year and find that I am feeling so much better. My immune system seems to be better than before where my hands would swell up, my feet would also swell and had a hard time walking any distance without a walker. I am more active but can't sleep much during the night. I have also gained weight. My psoriasis is gone from my scalp and arms and legs but still suffer some back pain from the rheumatoid arthritis. My joints also feel so much better.

I had to stop taking lyrica cause the depression that it caused had gotten so bad that i started thinking about doing irrational things. when i wouldn't take it i was fine mentally when i did take it , i was hysterical and had thoughts of suicide.

My thyroid lvls were low so doctor prescribed this to me 25 mg. once a day. I noticed a weight gain immediately, headaches, severe joint pain, my throat felt swollen or like a lump was in it and overall negative effects. I had a hysterectomy the same month the doctor prescribed this so I am unsure if its the levothyroid or effects of no hormones...maybe a little of both. Energy is better, but I dont need the anxiety caused by the difficulty breathing. I recognize I need testosterone in my life, because without it life is so much worse. There just has to be another way.

I take Tums because I like the taste and although I am not low on calcium, I consider them safe as a calcium supplement- if taken as directed. They work for indigestion, too, but if I take one on an empty stomach I get stomach pains.
