I take 2g per day for pseudotumor cerebri, so I know that is a lot. Diamox has helped my high pressure headaches and helped keep most of the PTC symptoms at bay, however, it does have some issues of its own. I was sick of taking Benadryl Allergy because it made me really drowsy and I was really tired the next morning. I started using Visine-A to avoid the drowsiness, but it didn't really do anything for the itching. Visine is good for getting rid of the redness though.

I was given the first 2 rounds of injections at the advice of my OB/Gyn after the birth of my son. My health insurance then lapsed, so I had to wait on the third. I am 28 years old, and just had my first abnormal pap ever after having these injections. Upon further testing, I was diagnosed with high risk HPV (not sure of the exact strain).
