I have struggled with horrendous and debilitating migraines since I was 5 years old where nothing I tried would help to relieve them. This is the third drug for my MS that I have been on and I am generally very happy with it. I was on Avonex for a number of years and did not handle it well at all. My insurance would not allow me to go back on Copaxone, my original drug, which I liked very much and did well on. When the opportunity came for me to try Tysabri a few months ago I happily accepted and am not sorry at all that I did!

I usually have terrible migraines or headaches and paracetemol helps remove the pain however when they are severe paracetemol does not work as well.

Dry mouth so severe, stopped taking it without consulting urologist. During the period of not taking it, about a month, blood pressure increased from normal to over normal with mild but prolonged headaches and some edema in feet and ankles. Are the new symptoms a coincidence or has withdrawal of vesicare caused them?
