I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen lo for most of the last several years. Side effects from that were little to none, and definitely tolerable. Cesia, however, has deprived me of any sex drive whatsoever. And even when I would become engaged in the activity with my husband, it wouldn't work... because I was completely dry. It is frustrating.

Vesicare has helped me with my over active bladder. Frequent bathroom visits etc. I can now go out and not worry that I might have an accident. At first I had very dry mouth which seems to have lessened. Indigestion was somewhat mild in beginning and I now do not notice it. It seems to have somewhat gone away. Consitpation is not a problem. Garlic works wonderfully for helping to prevent a cold at the initial stages. you just eat the garlic raw (or with a small glass of milk) and it kills the infection.

Sudafed (psuedofedrine) is the best thing out there for sinus congestion & pressure. I use it when I have allergies and it helps with sneezing also, and when I have a cold or flu. I do not experience any negative side effects. Although sometimes it does make me more awake which can be inconvenient at night. Also, buying it from the pharmacy is annoying but it's worth it because it works MUCH better than Sudafed PE (phenylephrine).
