I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience. Isotretinoin was extremely effective in treating my severe acne, but the side effects were disconcerting. The usual side effects were bearable, but I experienced some unlisted ones such as a significant decrease in sexual drive. I also encountered episodes of erectile dysfunction while on the medication.
