I had been having a hard time breathing for a few months and, knowing that I had asthma, I decided to get a refill on my inhaler. I would tell someone to take it because it makes me feel better. After I eat, I take the Prilosec OTC, and my reflux is well controlled. Even when I eat food that causes more reflux, my reflux is controlled with the Prilosec OTC.

I was on the brand medicaiton for about 14 years and just recently changed to the generic in the last year and there was a HUGE difference in the price, but no difference in what is was supposed to do. I really like this medication and i really like the results it has given me !!!

The only thing I have to complain about is the headache/migraine side effects that I experienced when I first began taking it. I'm only nervous about potential long-term side effects that I've read about.
