the pil has been affective. I took it for about 8 or 9 years. I am no longer on it and have had my colesterol checked and my HDL was low and I have read articles that says that may be due to the birth control pill.

I suffer from Psioratic Arthritis, I am on anti TNF Humira, which mainly controls the Psioriosis however the joint and deforming pain caused by my white blood cells killing my own body tissue joints has been slowed down, the pain or tightness and agravation of the effect still remains, Alcohol helps A LOT, of which it is one or the other before bedtime, My condition is nothing to do with The Gulf War pt1 is it when I was injected with a cocktail of autoimmune system boosting chemicals was it!... Hi, I have been taking Zyflamend PM less than a week. First time taking it, I noticed withen the first hour a sense of relaxation and peace. I began taking it because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Also my joints, right knee have been giving me pain. I also have noticed in my hands and feet this feeling of lightness. It is a great feeling. I am excited to be feeling so good. Really amazed too.
