I was diagnosed with degenerative facet changes, L-4, L-5. I had been on constant ADVIL for 1 month which does relieve the pain significantly. I was told about Zyflamend and that it was an "herbal supplement" with anti-inflammatory results. Since I wanted to get off the ADVIL, I tried Zyflamend. I took this for eczema. It did clear up the condition for a while but shortly after I finished the course the eczema came back. I hated this drug - I couldn't concentrate on anything, couldn't think coherently, and my appetite was ridiculous - I couldn't stop eating! I was ripping open packets like a crazy person.

Thank you, for sharing your story. I'm 48 and my doctor has perscibed me Simvastatin 20mg . I have high colesterol and it runs in my family. I confused and not sure what to do. I have not taken it yet.
