I believe I have recently acquired allergies, because I have been sneezing more than ever and getting teary eyes very often. After taking just one pill of Aller-Clear (loratadine), my symptoms went away within an hour and I was allergy-free the whole day. I love that I can take it in the morning and be carefree about allergies for the rest of the day. It works quick and is easy to take.

Unlike flonase, I don't seem to end up with as much of a dry nose problem. I like this. It also seems to burn a lot less when taking nasally.

I've noticed a lot of leg cramps, but I don't know if it's related. My sleep can be more erratic, but it never was perfect. My breathing is much better and being active is much easier. I was active before but it made me out of breath a lot. Overall it's a good thing but does seem to lower sex druve ime.

Since menopause at age 58, I weighed 135 lb. I quit smoking 2-1/2 years ago and gained 15 lb. Lost that 15 lb. but then was diagnosed with emphysema 6 months after I quit smoking. I used to take Claritin for allergies but it wasn't cutting it anymore. I started this nasal spray as needed last year and it is great. I don't have to worry about allergies anymore and I can take it when I'm sick to see if I just have allergies or a cold because if it was allergies it would go away in no time.
