I love this Birth Control and it doesn't affect my moods. However, I have noticed that my sexual urge has shot through the roof. THis is the only birth control that keeps my urges so high that I would burst w out some sort of relief. I love ZenChent. Now, I recently changed from Zenchent bc i had some breakthrough bleeding. It's made me more moody, more depressive, breasts are way more tender (like, they hurt every single day), bloating has gotten worse, and I've become more self-conscious and snappy at people. But it does regulate my cycle like I needed something to.

I have always been very bad about taking a pill daily (especially at the same time) so my doctor put me on nuvaring. I was very uncomfortable about the idea of putting it in and taking it out at first but it has not been an issue. Once you put it in you rarely ever feel it. It makes birth control less of a constant hassle. I have occasionally gotten yeast infections and discharge is heavier than normal but not an issue really. I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.
