I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. The doctor prescribed me the wrong amount and I ended up getting severe diarrhea and upset stomach, so i think thats why I had those severe side effects it messed up my stomach for a while.

I liked how the redi-tabs dissolved quickly and that they were tasteless. However, they weren't that effective in my case. My condition remained the same, and I took longer to recover compared to other medications I've taken.

I am 43 and after 21 years without seeing a physician, my family convinced me to see a doctor after I started suffering from depression. generally prestiq addressed the problems which resulted in me going on the drug but there are significant side effects particularly nausea, dizziness and constipation being the big three. nausea can be intense at times, but it is brief, comes on like a wave,
