For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. One time I had a cold and I took some Vitaminc C to boost my immune system and it felt as thought the cold was shorter, but I am 100% sure that it was because of the vitamin C and not other cold medications I was taking at the time.
