I drink a tea or homemade soda of prickly ash daily (we have tons of prickly ash trees in the woods), to help with symptoms from mild hypothyroidism. I skipped a few days last week, and could not figure out why I felt so cold all the time. Then, I realized that that's how I always used to feel, before I started taking the prickly ash. Since restarting the prickly ash, my feelings of coldness have normalized again.

i have been on and off cymbalta for about 4or6 years . its a nightmare to get off of, the one thing i really dread is the twinges im not sure if thats a good way to explain it, i feel like im getting an electrical schock treatment all day. i can turn my head and it happens. if someone comes up behind me to scare me it shocks my system. sorry about the non-medical terms, it obviously upsets me and makes me irritable. Herplex was the best. I get cold sores when under stress or with a fever. If I felt the tingle and took a couple for a day or two they would dry up immediately. Why oh why did they take it off the market.

this stuff is poison. i'm a 35-year-old who was perfectly healthy aside from smoking until chantix. now i feel like i'm 90 years old with one foot in my death bed. my skin doesn't even feel like my own skin and the fevers and rash just won't stop. sure, it will help you quit smoking, but it will ruin everything else in your life that means anything to you, most importantly your health (isn't that why you wanted to quit smoking to begin with?).

I have used Topamax for almost four years and I am very satisfied with the way that it helped my headaches (both daily and migraines). However, it has caused severe memory and concentration problems. I don't feel as if I can join in intellectual discussions anymore (I went to Harvard) and I am very forgetful. I'm now switching to Lamictal in the hopes that I'll get my brain back. This is a great drug if you don't lose your mind. I would for sure give it a try.

This medication was prescribed to help with my fibromyalgia. Taking this medication has slowly deteriorated my quality of life. It no longer helped with the pain so I discussed it with my physician and it was decided that I could come off this meedication. The "withdrawal" is the most difficult thing I have ever been through.
