I have been on benicar a couple of weeks, although i feel alot better,i noticed a couple of side affects,musle cramping (minimal) notice i can't chew my food as long as my jaw gets very tired. incontinance at nights 2 times in 14 days.

I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. I was prescribed dexamethasone for severe inflammation in my tonsils when I had mononucleosis. I was unable to swallow and had difficulty breathing due to my enlarged tonsils, but the dexamethosone improved the swelling significantly very quickly. It made me very hungry, but I had also lost a lot of weight from my illness, so this side effect was not bad for me. I noticed heart fluttering. I have been taking advil pm for severe menstrual cramps. It works but for some reason,just felt weird.

It helped with my infection a little, but I didn't feel like it completely cleared it up both times I used it. It also made me extremely nauseous, but I did not eat much with it.

Ortho Tri Cyclen lo was absolutely terrible for me, it exacerbated my depression exponentially. Several people commented how "out of it" I appeared and I felt confused all the time. I could not organize or accomplish routine tasks without trouble. I was feverish and incredibly emotional. I could not wait to quit this birth control.
