Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. I have been taking tylenol for a really long time now. I have never had any complications. When I do take tylenol it is usually for a headache. It really does takes the pain away.

Not one doctor will consider Liptor has any side affects. I feel horrible on it and it does more harm than good. I intend on stopping the medication as the doctors will not recognize any problem with them. I am going to holistic medicine as the physicians have no medicine available for this problem. The side affects I have suffered is immense from this product. No more Atorvastin.

I have taken nuvigil for about a year now. I have not had a problem with hair loss. As for sleeping, I don't normally have a problem. I too am a teacher and have difficulty with my summer's lack of routine. I know the medicine doesn't help as much if I don't take it right away in the morning. Also, I have started using the alarm clock to have a more consistent wake-up time; this seems to help too.
