I have not had any problems with it. I have not had any tests done to tell me how it is working, however, I am hoping that when I have my next bone density test, the density will have improved.

I really haven't noticed any side effects whatsoever. I think it does a pretty good job at reducing the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, without messing up my lipids.

coming from a previous antiseptic puromylin tabs. this capsule of 200mg per day B D is radically different. It has taken the smell of the urine away and the consumption of a capsule to two big tablets makes a difference radically.

I was diagnosed with juvenile osteoporosis at a very young age. I broke a number of bones in my chest, back, feet, and arms. I wore a back brace for many years because I kept breaking bones in my back and my chest. I have been taking calcium ever since and my calcium levels have stabilized. my legs swelled and went heavy. I wasn't sleeping and not urinating freqently enough. my mother is 86 and has taken them for a long time with no side effects. my husband has just been prescribed them although he is not over weight and walks every day to work and around his work place his colestrol is 7.5. we have been healthy eating for a few years now so this has come as a bit of shock to him.
