After 7 open heart surgeries I had to take prednisone. The hunger and mood swings associated with this drug were awful. I gained a lot of weight, especially in my face. I also had diabetes while on the medication. But they say the medicine has its purpose.

Lyrica has given me my life back. My fibromyalgia pain had gotten so bad my flare ups were back to back. I had read horrible things about the side effects of Lyrica and was afraid to try it, until I finally felt as if I had nothing to lose. The pain was gone almost immediately. I take one 50mg pill in the morning and 2 50mg at night so I am not on the highest dose. I feel that Trazadone has helped me being more positive in day to day living. I don't think about committing suicide and i don't feel like i am a waste of space. I have had Trazadone in the past and requested these again from my doctor,as i feel there are not as many side effects as many of the other anti depressants. I would recommend these tablets to anyone who feels like they would be better off not living.
