After trying several other medications, Amrix was the first to relieve the intense constant pain in my head. I was extremely tired the first couple of weeks after I started taking it. Especially in the first week, I couldn't even trust myself to take care of my children because I couldn't keep my eyes open. I also had problems with my face breaking out and extreme dry mouth. It works for restless legs but lethargy, headaches, sleepiness, breathing not worth it if my husband can deal with my restless legs. The dosage above was prescribed but I have never taken the 3 a day. I took 2 the first day, and I was useless for anything, then 1 a day and still the side effects. I stopped 2 days ago and still feel the effects. Takes a long time to get out of your system.

My daughter has been diagnosed with Juveniele Idiopathic Arthtritis which has caused inflammation in her wrists, knees, ankles, lining of the lungs/chest cavity, and the spine. She also has been diagnosed with Raynaud's. I come from a very allergic background, and I've tried other medications but I feel like Benadryl is the most efficient and gives me the fastest relief. The downside is that I do get very drowsy when I take it.
