I woke up on vacation and couldnt sheep due to congestion. I had symptoms of a possible heart attack. I think it was heartburn/chest pressure and tingling in mt hand and lower arm. I am only 38 so I thought this was odd and did not wake my husband up to take me to the hospital. I was so scaredand have had symptoms for days! it was recomended I take this to help strengthen my bones since osteoporosis runs in my family. I did take it for some time but just having to take one a day was hard because I became forgetful.

It’s the best ADHD medication I have ever taken! It works so well for me and I have the best concentration. It works for about 4 hours at a time and during that time I can pay attention 100%. It has been such a blessing for me! I went from getting C’s to getting As and Bs.

For my hypertension, the doctor prescribed me hydrochlorothiazide, 1 tablet per day. But since this medication was making me feel extremely tired, he reduced the dose to 1/2 a tablet per day. I feel better, until now. Nevertheless, this medication presents some serious side effects, such as rheumatism and gout, and every 6 months I have to go to the hospital
