am a Diabetic. In 2002 I was Damaged by Gentamicin and Clindamycin IV Antibiotics and had Muscle and Bone Pain really bad. I have Very Bad Vertigo. If not for finding and starting the Wintergreen I don't know how I would have made it. The Wintergreen has helped my pain so much. I use it every day. Would not go with out it. I have been using Advil PM for quite sometime now...(even though I know I shouldnt take it that often).. My right leg is now feeling restless ..like its coming back from falling asleep...but throughout the whole day...Ive had this for a month now...I'm glad I found this forum...After reading this, I am not going to take advil PM anymore....Any other experiences?

I went off this drug this morning and am looking forward to not bleeding for a month straight at a time (I think of the 3 ½ months i've been on it, i've bled for 2 ½ - 3 months). I certainly won't miss severe mood swings (or crying jags). I have't gained weight - but i've had a tough time loosing it. I wonder how long it will take for my system to get back to "normal".

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience.
