While Loestrin in an effective birth control method, for me and several friends of mine that have taken it have found that this pill makes you borderline insane. I was crying for no reason, angry for no reason.. Sometimes I would start to cry and not even I knew what was wrong with me.

Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. I am diadetic, Hypertensive, CKD. I am having flactuating Bp. I am taking Nicardia 20 mg twice -10 AM and Pm. Still my bp shoot at during (7-8 Am and Pm) I have done laboratory test and result are awaited
