I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. Insulin injections a really effective for my diabetes. But if I overtake it, for example when I skip one dose and I have to take the double the next time, it makes me feel extremely weak. I take adderall 20mg in the evenings to study and for late night classes. I take vyvanse in the morning and it usually lasts until about 4pm. The adderall holds me over for the rest of the evening. I would take adderall more often but I hate that the effects only last 4-5 hrs and I do not want to have to take medicine 3-4 times a day. i i rarely had to use my old rescue inhaler maybe once a week sometimes less and it was cheap now im paying $30 for proair and im using it everyday i feel like it making my asthma worse maybe thats what the makers want so they can get richer quicker also it gets clogged up seems like it runs out faster im not sure what to do i dont even think theres other options for rescue inhalers? thats scary
