I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.

Hi, I have been taking Zyflamend PM less than a week. First time taking it, I noticed withen the first hour a sense of relaxation and peace. I began taking it because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Also my joints, right knee have been giving me pain. I also have noticed in my hands and feet this feeling of lightness. It is a great feeling. I am excited to be feeling so good. Really amazed too.

I am losing faith in this and I take 300mg wellbutrin with it and do not feel enough relief-also-I was put on this generic for almost 3 weeks until I realized why I felt no improvement-called and got started on the brand, along with 300mg wellbutrin-I had just gone-or was trying to recover from a sudden withdrawal from Cymbalta-I was told I could drop the cymbalta and get on something else,Paxil, which I never started because of severe problems,physical and emotional from this happening under... Insulin injections a really effective for my diabetes. But if I overtake it, for example when I skip one dose and I have to take the double the next time, it makes me feel extremely weak. Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg.
