I was prescribed Zoloft when I was 35weeks pregnant for my depression. The doctor told me that the drug would not take effect until 4weeks. Once i delivered my child, the zoloft prevented postpartum depression and I was very pleased with the results.

My doctor put me on seasonique to help with ovarian cysts & endometriosis. Even on a low estrogen birth control, I was having very painful periods. The initial hair loss was much more than I expected - probably half my hair if I judged by the thickness of my ponytail and lasted longer than expected probably 9 months from the start of my taking it. I didn't notice it too much for the first 4-5 months but I was also taking prednisone then. After I stopped the prednisone about 6 months in with the Imuran the hair loss became pronounced. I recommend Tylenol because it does a really good job at relieving pain. However, I never abuse of this medication and it should never be taken while consuming alcohol due to the damage it can have on the liver.
