Stop taking it- I had severe depression for a year and I'm on Necon now and I've done a complete turnaround in feeling better and have lost weight even. I have PCOS. I should have gotten off a lot sooner but with two kids I was too busy to call dr. and take care of me. I do regret being on it for so long but two dr. told me pills don't cause depression. They are wrong.

This has pretty much gotten me through college. The quality of my work is up, I have energy, I am focused, I am productive. My relationship has even got better because I don't feel so drained all the time anymore. My libido is also up.

Moringa Oleifera

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience. Over the few months that I took Cymbalta it slowly got rid of the clinical depression. I am male and I had increasing hot flashes several times a day at the end when I stopped taking it. I haven't had any problems since while being off the medication. I had no problems stopping the medication.

I am an Afican American women. Well over 300 pounds.the dr. always want to give me pain pills for my knee pain. In which nothing seems to work. i have tried glucosimine, but nothing, i still have pain. i went to the health food store and the cashier recommended zyflamend. he customers have told him after 2 weeks they feel better.It took me a little, but I am truly satisfied!!!!!

I took nighttime for 10 days no noticeable problems then I took 1 mucinex nighttime with fever for 3 nights and got extremely dizzy nauseous feelings equilibrium was off I went to doctor no sinus infection still over a week later my eyesight seems off and I get waves of dizziness very slight but upsetting....
