I drink green tea more of measures of personal preference rather than for health reasons. But I haven't seen any benefits as a result of drinking green tea alone.

iT IS A HORRIBLE DRUG THAT WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE... ALL THE BAD STORIES ARE TRUE... i TOOK FOR 1 MONTH AND IT TOOK A YEAR TO LOSE SIDE AFFECTS THAT ARE 100x WORSE THAN ORIGINAL PROBLEM

After finding out I had Graves Disease and thyrotoxicosis in January 2010 I was put on carbimazole (think I had symptoms for nearly a year but always put them down to something else, maybe "change of life" etc) After only 6 days I had a severe allergic reaction to the carbimazole that nearly lost me my life! My allergies improved however the drug would make me drowsy sometimes mild sometimes strong. the drug also affected my sleep, i would have nightmares.difficulty sleeping i dont sleep that much anymore.i stopped it for a while but my lack of sleep continued, i'm not satisfied with the drug but it is the drug that helps.
