I have noticed more fatigue and some mood swings, but worth it for the ease of the period. So far, no cramping, spotting or breakthrough bleeding. Love it!

Yaz was great for the first three months, then all of a sudden i became a horrible person to everyone around me. I started to have mood swings and severe pain everywhere and the pill actually lowered my potassium level instead of making it higher as advertised. i am finally switching to something else after numerous blood tests trying to find out what was wrong with me. it happens to be that Yaz was making me fall apart. i hate it! **** keep in mind that I have a pretty strong anxiety disorder, femcon has exasperated it but in no way cause it. my stats: taking it for three weeks to help with my acne, 27 years old, good health, was on orthricycline low 3 years ago without any problems. I have awful menstrual cramps, and so, generally, when I can relieve that, I can think clearer and my emotions are more intact (hence my answer for the emotional side-effects above).

This had to be the worst birth control ive ever tried. i had spotting all month along really bad depression and moodswings, i also had noooooo sex drive. what so ever didnt want it wasnt craving it. My face also started breaking out.
