Worked great as an addition to another SSRI when I was having trouble with early morning wakefulness. Actually took care of that problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. I am severely allergic to dust and I have rugs in my room. I have been OK until recently when I started getting a lot of sore throats and rashes on my face. I realized that it was because of the accumulation of dust in my room. So I started taking Zyrtec Allergy and I started feeling better a few days after. I would recommend for anyone to take Zyrtec Allergy if they have allergies that are mild or severe. It is amazing!

I started taking Januvia a year ago because my blood sugar had began to go up while I was just taking Metformin and hadn't been doing anything different than usual. Since I started taking Januvia in addition to Metformin I have noticed that my blood sugar is much more stable.

Rolaids are highly effective for acid reflux and heartburn. They are easy to take for all ages since they are chewable and though they don't taste great, I've had worse. I recommend.

Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition. Had heart palpitations/strong heartbeat from that dose 4 times. The effect was felt within and hour of taking Zyflamend. I am stopping taking it.

I've noticed a lot of leg cramps, but I don't know if it's related. My sleep can be more erratic, but it never was perfect. My breathing is much better and being active is much easier. I was active before but it made me out of breath a lot. Overall it's a good thing but does seem to lower sex druve ime.
