I take Ritalin for my ADHD. It works well for me but some of my friends and family members tell me they have noticed I have some slight mood swings sometimes.

This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

I think this drug was just pushed onto people because its a "non" stimulant, not because it worked. Iam 25 and have ADHD Inattentive. I already had a problem with anxiety,being tired, not being able to focus, and never having any motivation. Strattera just seemed to make everything worse! Although I must say it helps with anxiety...but I was so tired (constantly yawning ALL day) I didnt really care about anything. Very concerned that my daughter stomach and over all sick feeling is from this series of shots - she has stoamch pains, overall feeling of sickness. - Drs cannot find anything wrong with her- we have done blood work, untrasounds, scans etc... everything comes up negative yet she still had pain- i researched the vaccine and suddenly I realized that her problems started after having these vaccine. Vyvanse is the only drug I've taken since I was diagnosed with ADD. I'm 47, so I can tell you it's not just for children. It really works, too. If anything, I have to be more careful with prioritizing my tasks, because with Vyvanse, it's easy to hyperfocus on whatever is in front of me. The drug lasts at least 8 hours.
