This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). The first time I was on it I had a lot of joint and muscle pain but I have not experienced that this time around. I was taking it to assist with weight loss and took it for about 45 days or more until I noticed the side effects of constipation (which I do not normally have) and gas. I have stopped taking it about 4 days ago, once I researched the side effects. I was trying to determine why I was having the abdominal problems. It is not painfull constipation but very infrequent. However my appetite was decreasing while taking the 5HTP. I am now trying to get it oujt of my system.

love it!!! had problem in the first month with spotting and no problems with the spotting since....if it happens you are suppose to stop your pill for a week and let your period come before starting it back up. if the spotting occurs it is your body getting used to the new hormones and it means that your body WANTS A PERIOD. it should only happen once and if you stop the pill for a week and start it right back up it will be fine!!!!
