I have been on Mirena since November of 2009 and I have never been so disappointed in my life. Whenever I would get food poisoning I would take domstal (domperidone) and the vomiting would stop immediately. However, if I missed a dose the effect would wear out. You need to continue the dose as prescribed otherwise the nausea will return like it did for me.

For the past 3 months I have had ardor in the mouth. A yellowish-white coat in the tongue. Throat culture came out negative for candida and fungus. Labs are fine. One doctor (dermatologist) believes its an allergy to micardis. My doctor doesn't believe so and he doesn't want to change medication.

I used to take claritin for allergies but once zyrtec was placed over the counter I started using it. I have allergies to animals, pollen, and other outdoor things and Zyrtec works for all of them. It also works much quicker than claritin so I can take it on an as needed basis- although during the spring and fall I normal have to take it every day. I relieves itchy water eyes, sneezing, itchy nose and throat, and prevents congestion. Its worked great and I would recommend it for allergies!
