I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. Occasionally i feel a tingly feeling on my lip and as soon as i apply aciclovir it removes the fever blister before it becomes large and painful. I was very impressed with the results because before i used to have to wait for a week and a half for it to clear on its own but now i don't even have to wait for it to appear.

I use this drug for cold sores and it is very effective for shortening the duration of them. It also gets rid of the stinging involved with an outbreak. I have to take them at first tingle to shorten the duration. If it has already broken out then it is less effective.
