Taken azo for years about once a month. This time had to take it for one month everyday. Went to Dr. and there was no infection so still taking it once a day. Started having leg cramps in lower leg at night so bad that woke me up and had to get up and walk it off. Think it flushes out my natural minerals and that is what caused it. Started taking once a day vitamins and getting better.

It reduces my blood pressure significantly if taken at the right dosage but severe headaches accompany it so I'm taking a reduced dosage. Developed severe cough and allergic asthma also.

Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. after starting Azor I have experienced mussel and joint pain my eyes get dry and the bottom of my feet get real sore and its painful to walk. in winter I cough a lot at bed time I am clearing my throat all the time and the back of my toung gets sore.

i dont like taking pills, so i dont like the medication. but my doctor tells me to take it and since it works i keep taking it. it helps control my cholesterol and makes me feel better physically.
