I have been on cymbolta for years. I am tired of gaining weight and not being able to get rid of it. Originally, my dosage was started at 50mg, then raised gradually to 150mg. About two months after reaching full dosage, I started experiencing some side effects that I didnt recognize as side effects at the time. the best way i can describe it is that I started acting very unlike myself. I take this during the winter and whenever I'm around people who have colds, flu etc. It really seems to work well as a preventative. Once, when one child came home from school very sick with some croupy bug, my other child and I took Jade Screen for the duration, and my husband didn't. We both had just a slightly sore throat for half a day; he got really, really sick. Can't remember the last time I got a cold; and I used to get bronchitis regularly--but not anymore!
