Completely loved the convienience of the NuvaRing, seemed that every month the side effects got progressively worse, started out with a headache that lasted a week, then each month I would get a headache the day I would put a new ring in, eventually I ended up with severe diarrhea that I couldnt even eat and left me with horrible abdominal cramping. I didn't really notice much of a difference once on paxil. However, the side effects were noticeable. My sex drive significantly decreased to a point where I decided to stop taking paxil.

I have had a great experience with Femcon because it controls my endometriosis and regulates my period. I have had a bad experience with other birth controls. I was a lunatic on Loestrin so I was relieved when I found Fem con.

Drinking three glasses of cranberry juice daily, or taking powdered cranberry, has been found to raise good cholesterol substantially and put a whole lot of powerful antioxidants in the bloodstream. One study found that it lowered the risk of heart disease by about 40 percent. However, you do need to talk to your doctor as it can react with some meds.
