i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.

every one is different, but kenacort worked for me, i have tried everything you name it, sick of it to be honest, nothing works quite like kenacort,it almost worked instantly, it would take me 10mins away from the doctor, by the time i had driven home i could feel my nasal passage unblocking and my eyes never itch burn or swell. i wouldnt use anything else

Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. I have been taking lexapro on and off for about three years now, and I am a much better person on it. Without lexpro I am cranky, moody, depressed and very anxious.
