I thought this pill was great. Who doesn't want fewer periods? I started taking about 5 months back, so I am on my second round (pack). I got married a few weeks ago and of course have been going through changes that would cause natural anxiety, but one thing I don't understand is that my sex drive has definitely been affected. I thought there was something wrong with me until I started doing a little research. I think this BC may do that to some people and I may be one of them.

Developed Parkinson's after 4 yrs of Lipitor therapy for "primary prevention". No fly Hx of neurodegenerative ds; no fly hx of cardiovascular ds. Just mildly elevated TC. Am aware of others who feel Parkinson's due to lipitor, and 2 who feel ALS due to lipitor. Cholesterol necesary for synaptogenesis in brain; brain makes its own cholesterol via same pathway statins interrupt--thus depriving brain of the fat it needs. I love this medication. It is one of the only cough medicines that really work for me. It last almost the whole time it is supposed to unlike other cough medicines, because it's thick enough to coat my throat. I also love the orange flavor that it comes in. The grape flavor I don't care for as much.

I was originally prescribed lortab for fibromyalgia pain. I was prescribed Lortab 10, 4 times a day but quickly began abusing it. It seemed that the longer I took it, the more I had to take to obtain the same pain relief. I abused Lortab for 1 year and as a result became physically and physchologically addicted and finally sought help at a drug rehab treatment facility. This drug is effective for acute pain but I would not recommend for patients with long term chronic pain.

I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't been prescribed Ibuprofen following a surgery. It did a lot of good, but I still felt and looked horrible at the time.

I use this whenever I have aches and pains and when I have minor headaches. Unfortunately, it usually isn't strong enough to help me if I get a migraine but helps with some of the minor things.
