Would prefer natural medication but Dr. said Olmetec Plus is good. Ankles painful at tendons on heel and above. Urine is clear white. Kidney function down. He is watching that now. Taken this for 1 year so far and blood pressure came down right away and is good. I am watchful about side effects that Drs. don't tell or know about. This kidney stuff bothers me. I have been using Nuvaring for about 6 years now. I recently have started to have blurred vision, severe vertigo, fatigue, rashes and much more. I feel that my symptoms have worsened over the last 6 years but I have just now realized that this was the problem. If you feel any different on this medication, trust yourself and go tell your doctor because it is probably the medication. I went to the doctor tor congestion and he gave me this steroid for the first time. I took the first 6-4mg of a 6 day plan and stopped after the first dose because at first I was wired so high, I couldn't sleep or stop talking! I've consumed pomegranates not so much as for prescribed health reasons, but for a healthy diet. Although I have not seen any negative side effects as a result of consuming pomegranates, I have not seen any benefits either.
